Many thanks to the guys at JW Woods in Durham for a great photography course. Photography is becoming one of the most essential marketing tools for selling houses and it's good to see JW Woods investing in training for their surveyors to teach them new photography skills. Interior shots can be very difficult with either dark rooms or blown out high lights in the windows or both. The guys learned about depth of field, exposure, how the camera see's light, aperture and shutter speed. The one technique which they were blown away with is HDR (High Dynamic Range) this will produce some stunning shots remove the use of flash or artificali light.
